D4 Construction Services offers experienced construction personnel and a proven construction approach. We deliver projects that meet accelerated schedules, quality in craftsmanship, seek cost efficiencies through construction partnering, and team with clients to ensure the projects functional and financial objectives are met. D4 Construction Services is a General Contracting Services firm whose principals have more than 30 years combined experience. Our focus remains on client services.

Mick Donnelly-President is the third generation of a construction family. His experience spans three continents and

over 30 years. Having worked in all aspects of the construction industry form the bottom up, Mick has high regard for the efforts required to provide quality services. With this in mind, D4 Construction Services was founded. Mick maintains a high level of participation in all aspects of the company and clients’ needs.

 

With a strategically and financially sound approach, Mick continues to attract highly experienced and common minded associates within the organization resulting in the ability to serve our clients throughout the country.

 

D4 Construction Services LLC was established to function as a Commercial General Contractor. With an initial emphasis on interior finish build outs, the signature reputation and focus of this organization is, the management and execution of our clients’ needs from a quality, cost, performance and response perspective. Mick is actively involved in all aspects of the organization from business development through bid procedures, project management, financial management and project close out. He maintains a high level of both personal and organizational commitment to D4's clients. He embodies the company philosophy of providing the best services to the client through the critical success factors of:

On any Team, you are only as good as your individual players. On a construction project, it's the same way. You must have quality subcontractors and vendors in order to win for our clients. Over the past decade, we have amassed a collection of specialty contractors across multiple trades, territories and states that are quality and safety focused.

All of our subcontractors, vendors and specialty consultants are handpicked by D4 Construction Services LLC.

We employ a stringent pre-qualification process for our subcontractors and vendors which encompass master contract agreements, background and financial checks. We are rarely seen on public advertisement papers. Our preference is sole sourcing the appropriate associates and subcontractors for our projects. They do their job right the first time. We verify pricing through competition.

 

 

Also, as an active participant in the construction industry, we at D4 Construction Services understand the importance of minority and women owned businesses’ participation. That is why we make every effort to ensure that these companies are given every opportunity to participate in
